This year Iscar Pacific celebrates its 25th year in New Zealand as a carbide tooling supplier.
From small beginnings in 1983 with just two staff, there are now 19 employees dedicated to customer service including 10 engineering staff, servicing the needs of New Zealand’s leading machine shops. This success can be attributed to understanding very clearly customers’ needs and responding to them.
To further compliment the dedication and support Iscar Pacific has for it’s customers, Nathan Stronge (owner of Iscar Pacific), has embarked in a joint partnership with Headland Australia to deliver and support precision engineering machine tools such as Makino (vertical and horizontal machining centres, RAM/WIRE EDM machines) and Nakamura-Tome (CNC and multi-axis turning centres) meeting the supply requirement of high precision equipment, which up until now, has been a rarity in the industry.
Headland Australia is a leading supplier of machinery, software and technical services and strives to deliver innovative and technologically advanced products across key business divisions which include Precision Engineering (vertical & horizontal machining centres, turning centres and software), Sheet Metal (laser, punching and bending technology), Fabrication (beam lines and cold saws) and Storage (vertical automated storage systems).
The Headland NZ joint venture is a long term plan, backed by the expertise and sound knowledge of Headland Australia, with the same drive and customer focus that has taken Iscar Pacific to number one in this country.
Headland NZ is in the unique position of being able to provide it’s customers with a complete precision engineering solution so you start and end the process of investing in a machine tool with a smile on your face.
